Please note that non-standard products will require non-standard packaging and a non-standard approach to loading. This can affect the amount of products loaded. This issue requires additional discussion after the quantity and size of the products and other technical parameters are agreed upon.
Non-standard products are deviations in any direction: height, width, thickness from our standard size for molded products:
Door Frame: 2070×80/90/100x38mm
L-shape profiles: 2200x70x10/8/mm
Extension Lining: 2200×100/200x10mm
Doors: 2000х600/700/800/900х40мм.
Depending on the degree of deviation, a new price will be recalculated.
To order a non-standard product, we first need information about the desired new dimensions of this product. There are cases when changing the size significantly affects the appearance and style of the product, so this requires discussion and written confirmation from the customer. That is, we will provide a sketch of a new product that the customer will need to sign.
If the dimensions change by up to 5%, then the price can change by 10-15%. If the deviation is larger, then this requires an individual recalculation of the cost of the product. There is a certain level of dimensional deviation when the production of a product may not be technically feasible or may have high risks of not performing its functions (e.g., possible plane distortion).
